TechforCann Europe is building the first European tech accelerator for the medical cannabis industry in Malta. The accelerator program allows eligible entrepreneurs to reach milestones faster, with less error and expense, ultimately increasing their probability of commercial success. For our Maltese office, we are seeking a full time Program Manager who is currently living in Malta and has international experience.

The Program Manager will be directly responsible for the design, implementation and management of courses, both online and in-person. Responsibilities will include:

 Responsibilities:

  • Design curriculum for the participating startups
  • Manage program logistics throughout cycles of 3 month cohorts
  • Liaise with startups and curriculum partners to ensure high program standards
  • Manage and update the curriculum calendar
  • Contribute actively to operation improvements
  • Monitor success criteria for courses and implement corrective actions where necessary

  • Experience in both physical and online learning environments is required
  • A degree or diploma in the fields of education, event management, project management or business management is preferred.

For our Maltese office, we are seeking an enthusiastic and tech savvy administrative assistant, with international experience. The Administrative assistant will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, and efficiency. The Administrative assistant is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, office staff supervision and liaising with service providers and partners. 

We are seeking an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. 

Responsibilities:

  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands ∙ Organize and schedule meetings and appointments 
  • Organize office operations and procedures 
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and  paid on time 
  • Provide general support to visitors 
  • Manage executives’ schedules, calendars and appointments
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored ∙ Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment 
Requirements: 
  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
